Setting up an online account with Valon gives you access to powerful features that let you manage your loan payments and information easily. Here’s how to register.
As explained in the video, on or after the transfer date, you’ll be able to register your loan at valon.com/transfer using either your new Valon loan number or your loan number with your previous servicer, as well as your Social Security number. Your Valon loan number can be found:
- By entering your prior servicer loan number at valon.com/transfer
- In the welcome email or welcome letter we send you after your transfer date
- Possibly, in the goodbye letter your prior servicer sent you
💡 Tip: You won’t be able to register online before your transfer date. To find your transfer date, please check the goodbye letter from your previous servicer.

Trouble registering your account?
Issues registering your loan at valon.com/transfer could be due to a couple of things:
- Wrong loan number. Make sure to enter your loan number correctly. You can enter either your Valon loan number or your prior servicer loan number.
- It’s before your transfer date and your information isn’t in our system yet. Try again in a few days, and we should have it uploaded.
