If you had AutoPay set up with your previous servicer, the goodbye letter your previous servicer sent you—and the welcome communications we sent you—will tell you if your AutoPay was transferred and will continue with us.
- If AutoPay did transfer, your first payment will not be drafted until at least 10 days after your transfer date. But don't worry: there won’t be any late fees or negative credit reporting. After that, payments will be drafted automatically on their regular date.
- If AutoPay didn’t transfer or wasn't mentioned in the goodbye or welcome communications, you can log in to your online account and follow our simple steps to set up AutoPay.
