If it has been more than 15 days after the transfer date and your payment to your previous servicer has not been applied to your account, you can:
- Continue to wait for the previous servicer to forward us your payment. You can check whether your previous servicer processed your payment. In rare circumstances, it can take up to 4 weeks.
- Cancel your payment. If your previous servicer has not processed your payment, you can attempt to cancel it through your bank. If you are able to cancel your payment, we recommend setting up payments with us directly.
