Once you register at valon.com/transfer, your account will be set up as paperless—we'll send you notifications by email, and send postal mail to you only when legally required. If you'd prefer to receive mail, you can change your notification preferences at any time. Here’s how:
- Log in to your online account
- Go to the “Settings” tab on the left
- Scroll to the “Notifications” card
- Update your preferences
💡 Tip: Changes to notification preferences apply at the household level, so your notification preferences will apply to any co-owners sharing your mailing address. Co-owners can also change the household's notifications preferences at any time by following the steps above.
We’ll still send legally required notifications and certain critical communications regardless of your preferences.
