Experiencing property damage can be stressful and time-consuming, so we work hard to get you the information you need when you’re ready to start the claim process. Once you’ve reported your claim to your insurance company, you’ll get a settlement amount for damages. To navigate the process, here’s everything you need to know.
Documentation
Soon after you report your claim, you'll be directed to an insurance claim packet (available at https://www.propertyclaimcenter.com/valon/login—you may need to enter "Valon" in place of "yourbankname" if prompted). It will include all the forms you’ll need to send us, as well as a step-by-step walkthrough of the insurance claim process. The packet will clearly identify what documentation is required.

When you’re finished, you can submit the documents by email to support@valon.com. Email is the fastest option, but, if you prefer, you can mail the documents to us at the address specified within the packet.
💡 Tip: Valon is not able to process any payment until we receive all the required documents.
Receiving your funds
Once you get the funds from your carrier, send the check to Valon at the address specified in the insurance claim packet so that we can endorse it and send it back.
Depositing your funds
After you’ve received the endorsed check back from us, make sure you also endorse the check. You can then deposit the funds and pay the cost of repairs for your property. Keep in mind that the process of receiving and depositing your funds may vary based on the amount of your claim—however, your insurance claims packet will outline the specific directions that apply to you.
