If you started an application but no longer remember whether you used a guest account or your existing Valon account, that’s OK! Here’s what we recommend:
- If you know you have an online account with Valon for your current mortgage, try that first. You can merge in a guest account application later
- If you don’t have an existing mortgage account with Valon and you think you remember your login credentials for a guest account application, try using those
