If you have an escrow account, Valon Mortgage will be sure to pay your property taxes on time.
We take the tax funds from your escrow account anywhere between 10-45 days before the delinquency date—or, if a discount is available for paying early, 10-45 days before that due date. You’ll get a notification that your taxes are paid when the payments are disbursed and/or received.
💡 Tip: You, as the homeowner, will always receive a tax bill for your records. Since we’re paying your taxes for you through an escrow account, you won’t need to pay the tax bill or send us a copy!
