If your account is current and you’d like to pay by phone, call us at 855-218-3690 to make a self-serve phone payment. Here’s what else you can do through our system:
- Pay over the phone without speaking to an agent—24/7 and toll-free
- Get information about your account like AutoPay status and total amount due
- Save your payment details for future payments
- Make specific payments for additional principal or escrow
- Receive a payment confirmation number over the phone, and record of your payment by email and in your online account
Please note that if you’re in active bankruptcy, mortgage assistance, foreclosure, or have been sent a Notice of Intent, you’ll be directed to our Customer Service team for further assistance, available Monday-Friday, 9AM–8PM ET.
Authorizing your account
To make self-serve phone payments, you'll first need to authorize your account—this just means we’ll have to confirm anyone who plans on calling in to make a payment.
Adding a payment account
Once your account is authorized, you can add a payment account to use for future payments over the phone. The quickest way is to add a payment account online. Follow these easy steps:
- Go to valon.com and log in to your account
- Navigate to the “Settings” tab on the left
- Locate the “Billing” card
- Add a bank account by selecting “Add Bank Account”
- Next, click the three dots to the right of the account information
- Switch “Self-Serve Phone Payments” to “On” to enable payments over the phone
- You can also go to an existing bank account and switch it on for self-serve phone payments
