Tips for Filling out an Application
Set aside some time: You’ll enter detailed information about yourself, your property, the hardship you're experiencing, and your finances. Completing the application form will likely take more than 30 minutes.
Gather your documents: Be ready to provide documentation supporting your financial and hardship information. You can learn about which documents to provide by visiting our mortgage assistance documentation article.
Give detailed answers: The more information and documentation you provide, the faster we can evaluate your application.
What to Expect After Applying
We’ll confirm receipt of your application within 5 business days of its submission. If we need additional information or documentation, we’ll notify you about exactly which items are missing. You’ll then have 30 days to send the missing items to our team so we can review your application again. Once we determine your application is complete, a Relationship Manager will reach out to you within 30 days and explain all of your available options—so that you can decide what's right for you.
