Certain actions or circumstances allow us to freeze your HELOC and prevent you from obtaining new draws. You should receive notice if this happens, and you can view your HELOC’s status on the “Loan Details” page of your online account. Depending on why it was frozen, your HELOC may be able to be reinstated, or it may be frozen permanently. You must continue to make any payments due on your HELOC, even if the account has been frozen.
